Is There Any Cure for Alzheimer’s disease?

Nobody in the world would like to end their life suffering from Alzheimer’s disease. This is mainly because of the fact that this is a disease where a person tends to lose his or her memory power. They will not be able to recollect the faces of their immediate family members. As the disease begins to increase, these patients fail to even remember and recollect their very own name and their whereabouts. It is like they that have been born every single day. They will not be able to know who their children are, their spouse, their relatives etc. Everything will be a blank screen in front of them.

There is no treatment for Alzheimer’s disease. This disease usually takes place in patients after they cross 60 years of age. Children of such patients are often seen to be rude to them viewing the fact that they seem to remember nothing. But, we must also remember that this is a disease which is not within our control. It can occur to anyone, anytime and anywhere as they begin to grow old. Today, there are more than 4.5 million Americans suffer from this deadly disease and the number seems to keep increasing.

The best way to decrease the chances of Alzheimer’s disease in a person is to begin eating healthy meals. Most of the people in America are seen to have a liking for Junk food. Eating junk food continuously is known to be the main cause of Alzheimer’s disease. In the past, the consumption of junk food was low, but now even children as young as 5 to 6 years old seem to love junk food.

It is very important that we control our patience while dealing with people suffering with this disease as they will not remember anything and this attitude from such patients can agitate us.
